Getting Started
How do I get started with Que Media?
Start with a free consultation. We get to know your business, your goals, and your budget, then put together a plan that fits. If we are a good match, onboarding happens within the first week.
What does the onboarding process look like?
Onboarding takes about one week. We collect brand assets, account access, and business details. Then we run a strategy workshop, set up tracking, and build your first content calendar or campaign plan.
How do I choose the right service for my business?
We figure that out together during your free consultation. We look at where you are now, what you want to achieve, and what makes sense for your budget. Most clients start with one service and add more over time.
What industries do you specialize in?
Restaurants, retail, real estate, salons, tech startups, and professional services, mostly in Ottawa. We know these industries well because we have been doing this work in them for years.
Can you work with my existing brand?
Yes. We work with what you already have and keep things consistent. If you need a refresh or don't have brand guidelines yet, we can build those out as part of our branding service.

Working Together
How do you communicate with clients?
You get one person to talk to, not a rotating support team. We use email and Slack (or whatever you prefer) and do monthly strategy calls. You always know what is going on.
How involved do I need to be?
As much or as little as you like. Some clients prefer to approve every post; others trust us to run autonomously. We adapt to your preferred level of involvement.
Can I request revisions or changes?
Absolutely. Revisions are built into our process. We welcome feedback and typically turn around changes within 1 to 2 business days.
Can I approve posts before they go live?
Yes. We share a content calendar for review each month and you can approve, request changes, or add notes before anything is published.

Do you require long-term contracts?

How does pricing work?

Are there any hidden fees?
No. We are transparent about pricing from day one. Ad spend budgets are separate from management fees, and we will always discuss costs before incurring them.

How many posts per month will I receive?
Most plans include 20 to 30 posts per month across your chosen platforms. We tailor volume to your goals and budget during onboarding.
Do you create the content or do I need to provide it?
We handle everything from copywriting to graphic design. We may ask you for photos or behind-the-scenes material occasionally, but the creative heavy lifting is on us.
Which platforms do you support?
We manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. We recommend the best mix based on where your audience spends their time.
How do you develop my brand voice?
During onboarding we run a brand voice workshop where we define tone, vocabulary, and messaging pillars. This becomes a living guide the whole team follows.
Do you handle community management and replies?
Yes. We monitor comments and DMs during business hours, respond on your behalf using your brand voice, and escalate anything that needs your personal attention.

How long does it take to rank in Google Maps?
Initial improvements can appear in 4 to 8 weeks, but competitive keywords may take 3 to 6 months. Local SEO is an ongoing investment that compounds over time.
What is NAP consistency and why does it matter?
NAP stands for Name, Address, Phone number. Search engines cross-reference this data across the web. Inconsistencies confuse algorithms and hurt your ranking.
Do you manage my Google reviews?
We set up a review generation system and provide response templates. We can respond to reviews on your behalf or coach your team on best practices.
Will this work for service-area businesses without a storefront?

How many directories do you submit to?

Do you film on location or do I send footage?
Both options are available. Many clients send us raw clips from their phone and we handle editing, graphics, and optimization. On-location shoots are available as an add-on.
What video formats do you produce?
We specialize in short-form vertical video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) but also produce longer YouTube content, product demos, testimonials, and motion graphics.
How many videos do I get per month?
Standard plans include 8 to 12 short-form videos per month. We can scale up depending on your content needs and budget.
Can you add captions and subtitles?
Yes, every video includes burned-in captions. This boosts accessibility and engagement since most social media videos are watched without sound.
What is your turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days per batch. Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive content.
Do you help with trending audio and hashtags?
Absolutely. We research trending audio weekly and pair your content with sounds that maximize algorithmic reach on each platform.
Can you repurpose one video for multiple platforms?
Yes. We optimize aspect ratios, captions, and hooks for each platform so a single shoot can yield content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

We recommend a minimum of $1,000 per month in ad spend (separate from management fees) to generate enough data for meaningful optimization.
Which ad platforms do you manage?
We manage Meta Ads (Instagram and Facebook), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok Ads. We recommend the best mix for your goals.
How do you track conversions?

How many logo concepts will I see?
We present 3 distinct logo concepts. After you choose a direction, we refine it through 2 to 3 rounds of revisions until it is perfect.
What is included in the brand guidelines?
The brand guide covers logo usage rules, color palette with hex codes, typography system, imagery style, brand voice and tone, and do/don't examples.
Do you design business cards and stationery?
Yes. Business card design is included in most branding packages. Stationery (letterhead, envelopes) and packaging are available as add-ons.
How long does a full brand identity project take?
A typical branding project takes 3 to 5 weeks from kickoff to final delivery, depending on revision cycles and scope.
Will I own the final files?
Yes. You receive full ownership of all logo files, brand assets, and guidelines in formats ready for print and digital use.
